Choose our conference facility for your next conference and we will spoil you at Botterkloof. Set in an unspoiled paradise of tranquility we have created the perfect setting to map your companies future and for the perfect bosberaad.
Botterkloof Resort is the perfect venue to conduct business with its modern conference centre, offering individual conference tables and chairs, or seating for 60 delegates, and provides high-tech conference equipment.
The centre is fully air-conditioned and contains a kitchenette, and catering for functions will be arranged on request.
We also have a recreational area. The rotisserie can accommodate sheep on the revolving spit.
The conference centre is popular during the week for business, conference, and over weekends it is a popular venue for church groups. Groups (booking 5 or more chalets) can pre-book their accommodation up to one year in advance.

The conference room can accommodate up to 40 delegates in U-Shape, 60 Banquet style and 60 Cinema Style. We have three breakaway rooms for teams. R270 pp per day, sleep max 80 sharing and 18 en-suites.

Option One- Full Board Conference
- Accommodation (all rooms have colour TV and en-suite bathroom)

- Dinner (4 course meal or braai or fondue)

Option Two - The Smorgasbord (Choose what you require)
A minimum of 10 delegates per conference will be accepted. If less than 10 - the rate for 10 will be chargeable for accommodation and other costs)
- Conference Centre facilities, includes: Full breakfast, coffee/ tea. morning muffins, scones, afternoon biscuits)
- Accommodation, includes: Room with en-suite bathroom and colour TV)
- Lunch Options - Option One, includes: Cold and Warm meat buffet and 3 salads. Coffee/ Tea.
- Option Two, includes Hamburgers or vetkoek and mince/ cheese.
- Dinner Options
- Option One - Braai Includes: Braai with lamb chops, steak, 2 wors, pap, potbrood, salads, vegetables & bread pudding.
- Option Two - Potjie Includes: Lamb, venison, oxtail, pap, potbrood, vegetables, salads, pudding, coffee.
- Option Three - Boerekos Includes: Leg of lamb, pork, chicken, vegetables, salad, home made bread, pudding.
- Option Four - Fishbraai Includes: Kabeljou, Snoek, Red Roman, vegetables, salad, potbrood, fishpotjie.
